REIKI LEVEL 1

Reiki (Ray-Key) is an ancient Japanese hands-on healing art that works on the premise that an unseen Universal energy flows through all living things and can directly affect a person’s health and well-being.  This Life Force healing energy serves to balance and heal the physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual bodies. Reiki is practiced in over 50 countries worldwide as well as in hospitals, hospices, nursing homes and clinics.

Date: Saturday, October 25th, 2025

Time:  10:00 am – 4:30 pm

Place:  TBA in Newmarket, Ontario 

Fee:     $250 (incl. HST) as well as the following

Your Level One Reiki Certificate, a tax receipt along with your Reiki Level One Manual.  A Vegan Lunch and Healthy Snacks and tea will be available.

In this Reiki Level One Course you will learn/receive:  

• All aspects of the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 Teachings
• Attuned to Reiki Level One healing Energies
• The 5 Reiki Principles and how to incorporate them into your daily life
• How to give a Reiki treatment to yourself as well as to someone else.
• How to incorporate Reiki into your daily practice for stress relief and good health.
